The message of greetings reads in part:
"The stable functioning of the automobile transport and ensuring its reliable and uninterrupted work is rightly one of the key conditions of the development of the national economy and it has important social implications. It is heartening that in spite of the financial and economic difficulties you are paying great attention to enhancing the quality of passenger and cargo carriage, are improving the industry's infrastructure and expanding the market of automobile transport services. I am convinced that in the future, building on your high competence, experience and loyalty to the wonderful traditions of many generations of your predecessors, you will make a significant contribution to meeting the challenges facing our country."
