Prime Minister Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with Karim Massimov, Prime Minister of Kazakhstan

The two heads of state discussed various aspects of the Russian-Kazakh cooperation in trade and the economy, and issues related to the Customs Union.

They also exchanged opinions on cooperation in the energy industry, including the joint participation of Russia and Kazakhstan in international projects with third countries.
