Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed an Executive Order partly amending Government Executive Order No. 963r of July 15, 2009 (Corpus of Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation, No. 30, Art. 3869) to transfer 66.4 billion roubles of the state Russian Corporation of Nanotechnology into federal property in 2009 in line with a schedule coordinated with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education and Science.
