On October 12-14, 2009, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin will pay a working visit to the People’s Republic of China to take part in head of government talks between Russia and China. Mr Putin will also attend a meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation’s Council of Heads of Government.
