Prime Minister Vladimir Putin sent a message of greetings to participants, guests and organisers of the INTERRA-2009 International Youth Forum

The message reads, in part:

"The INTERRA-2009 forum promises to be an effective format for talented young people to meet with leading scientists, politicians and business leaders from different countries. Through constructive dialogue, young people will see the latest scientific and technological achievements in a new light. Novosibirsk's Academic Town gives them this opportunity and demonstrates the vast potential of Russia's innovative industries.

I am sure that the forum will boost the implementation of several high-tech projects, which will, in turn, help improve the economy, its diversification, competitiveness and investment attractiveness."
