Prime Minister Vladimir Putin sent a message of greetings to Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Igor Chudinov to congratulate him on the country's national holiday, Independence Day.
The message reads, in part:
"I am confident that friendly Russian-Kyrgyz relations, including trade and economic ties, will continue to develop dynamically in the interests of our people as well as peace and stability in the region."
