Prime Minister Vladimir Putin sent a message of condolence to the family and friends of theater and movie actor Semyon Farada on his passing

The message reads, in part:

"Semyon Farada was a brilliant, talented, and protean person, and a unique actor - sensitive, profound, and ironic. The tremendous love of the audience, and the respect and recognition of his colleagues accompanied him throughout his creative endeavours. We will always remember his bright image, and his wonderful acting, and we will sincerely regret the passing of such an outstanding master.
