Prime Minister Vladimir Putin sent a message of congratulations to Jean-Claude Juncker on his re-appointment as Prime Minister of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg

The message reads, in part:

"I hope that the continuation of your duties will assist in strengthening the mutually beneficial cooperation between our countries in politics, trade and economy, culture, and other areas."
