Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed an executive order on submitting to the State Duma of a draft federal law, On the Foundations of Trade Regulation in Russia
State Secretary and Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Stanislav Naumov has been appointed the Government's Envoy during the discussion of this bill in the Duma.
