Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed Government Resolution No.543 of June 30, 2009 to approve changes to Government Resolution No.104 of February 14, 2009 On Granting State Guarantees of the Russian Federation in 2009 on Loans Taken by Strategic Organisations of the Defence Industry Sector for Implementing Their Basic Production Activities and Capital Investment.
