Prime Minister Vladimir Putin offered his condolences to the friends and relatives of Irkutsk Region Governor Igor Yesipovsky on his tragic death.
The message reads, in part:
"It is distressing to realise that the great plans and dreams that this vivid and talented professional had remain unfulfilled.
"Igor Yesipovsky will stay in our hearts forever."
