Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order №485-r of April 9, 2009 commissioning the Ministry of Sports and Tourism of the Russian Federation to make an annual contribution of €500,000 to the Fund for the Elimination of Doping in Sport beginning in 2009, as well as to provide for budget allocations to pay the aforementioned contribution when drafting the federal budget for a subsequent financial year and a planned period in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
