Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order on the Establishment of the Organising Committee to Prepare and Hold the 2011 Celebrations of the 50th Anniversary of Yury Gagarin's Space Flight, and on Approving the Composition of the Committee.
According to the Executive Order, the Organising Committee is commissioned to develop and approve event plans to prepare and hold the 2011 celebrations of the 50th anniversary of Yury Gagarin's space flight.
