Prime Minister Vladimir Putin offers his sincere condolences on the death of renowned actor Yevgeny Vesnik

The Prime Minister says in his message to the popular actor's widow Nonna Vesnik: 

"Please accept my heartfelt condolences during this time of bereavement.

Yevgeny Vesnik belonged to the galaxy of bright talents who have preserved the outstanding traditions of our national drama school. His generation of heroes marched with honour along the flaming roads of the Second World War and rescued the country in the battle against the ruthless enemy.

The cherished memory of this remarkably gifted personality and honourable citizen will live forever in the hearts of his relatives, friends and contemporaries-all the admirers of his luminous abilities."
