Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No 447-r of April 2, 2009

In accordance with Part 5, Article 15 of the Federal Law on Organising and Holding the XXII Olympic Games and the XI Paralympic Games in Sochi in 2014, Developing Sochi as a Mountain and Climatic Resort and Making Amendments to the Relevant Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation, Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order No 447-r of April 2, 2009, which endorsed the list of federally-owned land plots given to citizens and legal entities instead of the land plots taken from them and/or real estate facilities standing on them in order to build Olympic facilities of federal importance.
