On March 26, 2009, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed Resolution No 256 On Endorsement of the Rates of Export Customs Duties on Crude Oil and on Certain Categories of Oil Products Exported From the Territory of the Russian Federation Beyond the Confines of the Member States of the Customs Union Agreement.
