Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has signed Executive Order No. 248 of March 21, 2009, "On the Approval of the Indexation Coefficient of the Estimated Pension Capital of Insured Persons". In compliance with it, to implement the Federal Law "On Labour Pensions in the Russian Federation", Article 30, he has approved the indexation coefficient of the estimated pension capital of insured persons, as of January 1, 2008, at 1.269, and ordered the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation to inform its territorial agencies on the indexation coefficient established by said Executive Order for the increase of the estimated pension capital of insured persons.
The Executive Order enters into force on April 1, 2009.
