Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order N334 of March 17, 2009 to allocate to the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in 2009 33.446,600 roubles from the Federal Government's Reserve Fund for Prevention and Liquidation of Emergencies and Aftermath of Natural Disasters to reimburse citizens for partial loss of essentials, thereby helping the republic eliminate the consequences of flooding in the spring and summer of 2008.
The Ministry of Finance has been instructed to give to the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in 2009 127 state housing certificates for citizens who have lost their housing as a result of the flooding.
