Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has signed Resolution No.228 of the Government of the Russian Federation, dated March 16, 2009, On the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Communications, which also endorsed Provisions on the aforesaid Federal Service.
