Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has signed Resolution No.231 of the Government of the Russian Federation, dated March 17, 2009, On Endorsing the Regulations for Granting Subsidies to Airlines in 2009 in Order to Provide Affordable Air Travel to Passengers Travelling from the Russian Far East to European Russia and Back.
