"Your efforts aimed at strengthening Russian-Norwegian cooperation are duly appreciated in our country. I am confident that intergovernmental talks scheduled for May in Moscow will be marked by new degrees of understanding reached through the further development of the whole spectrum of good-neighbourly relations between Russia and Norway."
