Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed the Government’s Executive Order No.152-r of February 14, 2009
In conformity with the President's Executive Order No. 690-rp of November 17, 2008 on presidential grants to support artistic projects of the leading musical groups and organisations for 2009-2011, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed the Government's Executive Order No.152-r of February 14, 2009:
1. To allocate the annual presidential grants for 2009-2011 to support artistic projects of the leading musical groups and organisations for 2009-2011 as follows:
- 375 million roubles to the State Academic Bolshoi Theatre;
- 375 million roubles to the State Academic Mariinsky Theatre;
- 90 million roubles to the Svetlanov State Academic Symphony Orchestra;
- 90 million roubles to the Tchaikovsky State Academic Bolshoi Symphony Orchestra;
- 90 million roubles to the Academic Symphony Orchestra of St Petersburg Shostakovich Academic Philharmonic Society;
- 97.5 million roubles to the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory;
- 97.5 million roubles to the Rimsky-Korsakov St Petersburg State Conservatory (Academy).
2. Grants will be paid out in line with the established procedure from the federal budget appropriations for the Ministry of Culture and the State Academic Bolshoi Theatre by the Federal Law On the Federal Budget for 2009 and the Planning Period 2010 and 2011.
3. The Ministry of Culture shall submit to the Government the names of grant recipients for 2012-2014 no later than May 1, 2011.
