Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order No. 140r of February 10, 2009, on submitting the federal bill On Amending the Federal Law On the Federal Budget for 2009 and the Planned Period of 2010-2011

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order No. 140r of February 10, 2009, on submitting the federal bill On Amending the Federal Law On the Federal Budget for 2009 and the Planned Period of 2010-2011 to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly.

With the same Executive Order, Mr Putin appointed Sergei Shatalov, State Secretary and Deputy Finance Minister, as the official representative of the Government during the consideration of said bill by the houses of the Federal Assembly.
