Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed a Resolution cancelling export duties on plain nickel and cathode copper

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin set export duties on plain nickel and cathode copper at zero by Resolution. The 10% refined copper and copper alloys export duties will remain unchanged. 

The changes will take effect seven days from the official publication of the relevant Resolution.
