Prime Minister Vladimir Putin approved a list of construction sites and projects for federal state needs for 2009, financed from budgetary investment in state-owned capital construction projects

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed an Executive Order approving a list of construction sites and projects for federal state needs for 2009, financed from budgetary investment in state-owned capital construction projects and those of legal entities lacking the status of state or municipal agencies and state or municipal unitary enterprises included in the federal target investment programme.

The Executive Order also approved a list of construction sites and projects for state needs for 2010-2011, financed from budgetary investment in state-owned capital construction projects and those of legal entities lacking the status of state or municipal agencies and state or municipal unitary enterprises included in the federal target investment programme.

The Executive Order also applies to construction sites and projects for federal state needs for 2009-2010, financed from budgetary investment in state-owned capital construction projects, part of the federal target investment programme (the disbursement of budgetary allocations for capital construction projects) approved by the Russian Government's Executive Order No 1965-r dated December 29, 1997.

Under the Executive Order, the Russian Economic Development Ministry will submit data on capital construction projects, namely, excerpts from the lists of construction sites and projects mentioned in paragraph 1 of the Executive Order, with due account taken of streamlining the 2009 federal budget's volume and expenditures.
