Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order No. 19, of January 12, 2009, On the Procedure of Payment of a Grant to One of the Parents/Adopted Parents upon Decoration with the Order of Parental Glory and Inter-budgetary Transfers from the Federal Budget to the Budgets of Constituent Entities of the Russian Federation for Grants to Persons Awarded the Order of Parental Glory.
