Vladimir Putin signed the Executive Order "On the Granting of Inter-budgetary Transfers to the Budgets of Constituent Entities of the Russian Federation and to the Baikonur Municipal Budget for the Implementation of Special Duties for Medicine Supply"
In compliance with the Federal Law on the Federal Budget for 2009 and the Planned Period of 2010-2011 (hereinafter referred to as Federal Law), Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed the Executive Order of December 31, 2008, "On the Granting of Special Inter-budgetary Transfers from the Federal Budget in 2009 to the Budgets of Constituent Entities of the Russian Federation and to the Baikonur Municipal Budget for the Implementation of Special Duties for Medicine Supply". The Executive Order confirms the methods of distributing special inter-budgetary transfers granted in 2009 from the federal budget to the budgets of constituent entities of the Russian Federation and to the Baikonur municipal budget for implementing special duties concerning medicine supplies.
The Executive Order shall enter into force on January 1, 2009.
