Pursuant to Article 29 of the federal law On Technical Regulations, and for the purpose of implementing the federal law Technical Regulations on Milk and Dairy Products, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed Resolution No. 956 of the Government of the Russian Federation, dated December 15, 2008, which endorsed the list of milk and dairy products subject to obligatory conformity assurance when placed under customs treatment envisaging the possibility of their expropriation or use in accordance with their designation in the customs territory of the Russian Federation.
