Vladimir Putin endorsed the programme of state guarantees for free healthcare services to Russian citizens in 2009
Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed Resolution No. 913 of December 5, 2008, endorsing the programme of state guarantees for free healthcare services to Russian citizens in 2009, and instructed the Ministry for Health and Social Development to submit the following drafts to the Government:
- Draft programme of state guarantees for free healthcare services for Russian citizens in 2010. Deadline: August 20, 2009;
- A progress status report on the programme of state guarantees for free healthcare services for Russian citizens in 2009. Deadline: July 1, 2010.
The Resolution recommends that the Ministry for Health of Social Development coordinate with the Finance Ministry and provide to the agencies concerned information and clarification on organising and economic assessment of territorial programmes of state guarantees for free healthcare services for Russian citizens in 2009.
It also recommends that state government bodies in Russia's constituent entities approve before December 25, 2008 territorial programmes of state guarantees for free healthcare services for Russian citizens in 2009.
