Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order No. 1756-r of November 26, 2008 On Celebrating the 300th Anniversary of the Founding of Tsarskoye Selo (Pushkin). An organising committee to prepare and conduct the celebrations has been set up and its composition approved.
