The Russian Government has approved amendments to acts concerning federal executive agencies' duties in the development of small and medium-size businesses. A resolution signed by Prime Minister Vladimir Putin says that the relevant legislation "shall be implemented within the Russian Government established limits of the maximum number of federal executive employees and federal managerial allocations."
