Prime Minister Vladimir Putin congratulates the staff and retired employees of the Concern PVO Almaz-Antey on the 10th anniversary of its founding
The message reads, in part:
"Your Concern brings together dozens of companies who specialise in the development, manufacture and modernisation of air defence systems. These companies have a rich history and wonderful work traditions. Their workforces have made a huge contribution in providing the country with reliable air defence and strengthening the military capabilities of the armed forces.
It is important that today Almaz-Antey develops successfully, creates innovative models of equipment and weapons and high-tech commercial products, and establishes profitable business relationships with foreign partners.
I am convinced that the high level of professionalism, experience and responsible attitude of your staff will continue providing the solid basis for your productive activities for the benefit of the state, and will help realise the significant industrial, scientific and intellectual potential of the Russian defence industry."
