Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has a telephone conversation with Tajik President Emomali Rahmon

The two leaders discussed the difficult humanitarian situation in Tajikistan following a harsh winter and President Rahmon's request for Russian assistance. Putin said that emergency humanitarian aid would be provided without delay.
