"It is very important that the Association of Lawyers of Russia, which brings together famous law experts, prosecutors, investigators, judges, lawyers, and notaries, demonstrates a balanced and constructive stance. It is also vital that the association is a reliable partner of the state in discussions on current issues, such as raising the level of the legal culture and legal awareness in society, training qualified legal personnel, and the preparation of high-quality expert evaluations on priority draft laws.

These subjects will be the main topics on the agenda. I am confident that the current forum will mark a major step in the development of your organisation and the consolidation of the professional community."
