Prime Minister Vladimir Putin congratulates the Russian Paralympic Committee on its 15th anniversary

It is largely thanks to their professionalism and courage that our national team is rightly considered one of the best in the world. I would also like to remind you about the Russian Paralympic Committee's efforts to implement large-scale social and charity programmes and to promote the values of a healthy lifestyle. There is no doubt that your hard work helps people with disabilities set themselves clear goals and become more confident in what they can achieve .
