Prime Minister Vladimir Putin congratulates current and former workers at Russia’s Social Insurance Fund on the fund’s 20th anniversary
The message reads, in part:
"Over the years, the fund has gained extensive experience, and has earned a reputation as one of the most effective and popular structures in the sphere of social services provision. Employees at the Social Insurance Fund carry out work of major significance. They are involved in the implementation of key social, demographic programmes, and do a lot for the prevention of dangerous occupational diseases. They also carry out other crucial initiatives targeted at improving people's living standards.
"I would like to stress that your competence, experience, and responsible attitude are decisive factors for the successful resolution of the tasks the fund currently faces, and also for the efficient targeted social policy of the state overall."
