The message reads, in part:
"The election results fully confirm the high level of confidence that the Kyrgyz people have in you. This is also a recognition of your services as the head of the government during a truly difficult period for Kyrgyzstan.
I'm sure that under your leadership, the Republic will successfully advance down the road of socioeconomic development, and our traditionally friendly Russian-Kyrgyz relations will receive new and much-needed constructive impulses. On our part, we shall be ready to provide assistance to your country, and to build upon our mutually beneficial cooperation in all areas."
