Prime Minister Vladimir Putin congratulates the students and instructors of the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering on its 90th anniversary
The message of greeting reads, in part:

Its practical and innovation-oriented policy, the most advanced technologies, which are actively used in the educational process, and commitment to fostering the university's remarkable and time-tested traditions allow you all to face the future with confidence, and to continue to educate highly skilled and devoted specialists in construction, the most peaceful, creative and in-demand sphere of activity."
