Prime Minister Vladimir Putin sends a message of greetings to participants of the National Congress “Modernisation of the Russian Economy: Priorities for Development”

The message reads, in part:

"Your authoritative forum builds its potential with every passing year and draws the attention of a growing number of business people, experts, heads of ministries and agencies, and foreign guests. It continues to strengthen its position as an effective platform for dialogue between business and government and for the discussion of the most important development issues related to Russia's key economic sectors.

"I know that this congress will be held in a productive and constructive atmosphere and will promote cooperation in public-private partnerships and the emergence of a favourable domestic investment climate. And, of course, it will promote necessary projects and initiatives."
