By Executive Order No.1115-p of August 01, 2008, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin made alterations in the Executive Order of the Russian Government No.1708-p of November 30, 2006, relating to the building of the new exit road to the Moscow ring highway from the Federal highway M-1 "Belarus" Moscow-Minsk and the building of a Moscow - St. Petersburg expressway on the 15-58 km section.
