In line with government instructions, the Ministry of Healthcare and Social Development is hosting online public consultations on the draft law, On the Foundations of Social Services in the Russian Federation.
The consultations are held on the website of the Public Opinion Foundation and will run until October 5, 2011.
People who wish to take part in the discussion can learn about the participation requirements and register at the website zakon.fom.ru.
Consultations on the draft law, On Recreational and Sport Fishing, are already underway on the same website.
