Prime Minister Vladimir Putin sends a message of greetings to the participants in the 9th International Banking Forum, Banks of Russia: 21st Century
The message reads, in part:
"Your meetings in Russia's southern capital have become important and keenly anticipated events in the calendar of the business community. They always take place in a businesslike and creative atmosphere, and in the spirit of cooperation and solidarity. Traditionally, the participants discuss the latest developments in Russia's financial and credit system, the legislative improvements and strengthening international partnership relations.
"I am confident that this forum will provide an impetus to finding solutions to the most important financial issues because accelerated economic development and people's well-being depend on the competitiveness, reliability and stability of the banking sector, and the trust in it shown by individuals and the business community."
