The message reads, in part:
"The relations between our two countries that are based on traditions of friendship, trust and mutual support, continue to develop in a positive way. Russia has a stake in Kyrgyzstan's stability and progress, and continues to support the Republic in many ways as it faces its various challenges.
"I am certain that the further expansion of a constructive Russian-Kyrgyz dialogue, in addition to continued cooperation in trade, economics, infrastructure, science, culture and other areas are in the interests of the peoples of our two countries.
"Let me wish you good health, happiness and new successes; and to all Kyrgyz citizens – peace, well-being and prosperity."
