Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signs an executive order on comprehensive fire-prevention and fire-fighting measures
In accordance with the order:
1. The Ministry of Civil Defence, Emergencies and Disaster Relief shall receive fuel for TS-1 jet engines from the Federal Agency for State Reserves in 2011 in the following amounts:
4,500 tonnes from the state material reserves, and
500 tonnes from the mobilisation reserve of TZK-Arkhangelsk Co.
2. The Ministry of Finance shall assign to the Federal Agency for State Reserves in 2011 up to 140 million roubles from the government reserve fund for emergency and disaster prevention and relief to replenish the state material and mobilisation reserves with 5,000 tonnes of jet fuel.
3. The Federal Agency for State Reserves shall replace the 5,000 tonnes of jet fuel in 2011 using the funds allocated under Clause 2 of this Order.
