Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has telephone conversations with Belarusian Prime Minister Mikhail Myasnikovich and Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov

During the conversations, the heads of government welcomed the progress of the three countries in forming the Common Economic Space. The latest milestone in the project is the removal of the customs stations on the borders between these countries, effective today.
The officials noted that this means that Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan have delivered on all of their obligations to establish a common customs space.
Putin noted that this is the most significant event in the post-Soviet space since the collapse of the Soviet Union.
Additionally, the prime ministers agreed to hold a trilateral working meeting in Moscow on July 12 and to initiate a business forum in Moscow involving businesses from the three countries.
