Prime Minister Vladimir Putin sends congratulations to participants and organisers of the 5th International Summer Theatre School of the Russian Union of Theatrical Workers
The message reads, in part:
"My congratulations on the 5th anniversary of the International Theatre Summer School and this new academic season. I am sincerely glad that your creative and innovative project has created a special place for itself in the calendar of international theatre events.
Russia takes pride in the wonderful traditions of its famous theatrical school and the panoply of outstanding actors and directors who have added unforgettable pages to the annals of Russian and world culture. Many young gifted actors from various countries dream of learning from Russia's great mentors and tutors, of benefiting from the invaluable legacy of the recognised leading lights of its theatrical traditions and of receiving a healthy dose of creative optimism.
I am confident that the Russian Union of Theatrical Workers' school will continue discovering new talent as it promotes mutual understanding and develops professional and friendly contacts.
I hope project participants will not fear the difficulties and will go boldly after their dreams and fulfill their potential."
