Prime Minister Vladimir Putin sends a message of greeting to the participants in the 4th Russian Congress of Self-Regulatory Construction Organisations

The message reads, in part:

"I'm convinced that the establishment of the National Builders Association in 2009 was an important initiative and a real step in bringing this professional community together to address issues in the sector. Over this period, self-regulatory organisations have proven their viability, built a solid business reputation, and made a contribution to reinforcing Russia's construction sector.

"Today you face a series of significant tasks. The primary one is boosting housing and infrastructure construction, improving the quality and safety of work with the help of leading standards, modern technology and materials, as well as establishing an efficient legal framework and regulations to facilitate the dynamic development of the sector."
