April 28, 2011. Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signs resolutions No. 328 and No. 329 on modifying customs duties on some categories of petroleum products being exported from the Russian Federation and from the territory of the Customs Union states

The decisions were made after the April 28 meeting of the Government Presidium, when Prime Minister Vladimir Putin instructed the Ministry of Energy to draft the relevant documents stipulating higher petroleum export duties.
