Prime Minister Vladimir Putin congratulates employees of the Priorov Central Research Institute of Traumatology and Orthopaedics on the institute’s 90th anniversary
The message reads, in part:

You have every right to be proud of the glorious and sometimes even heroic pages of the institute's history, as well as its well-deserved prestige as a leading national medical centre. The institute has always employed top-level specialists and real luminaries of science, maintaining its excellent traditions and a warm atmosphere.
"As in previous years, the Central Research Institute of Traumatology and Orthopaedics continues to develop dynamically today. The institute's employees especially pride themselves on its diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation facilities. What's important is that you do not rest on your laurels, strive to improve medical treatment, sincerely care for your patients and involve young and talented staff in your work."
