Prime Minister Vladimir Putin sends message of condolence to Belarusian Prime Minister Mikhail Myasnikovich in connection with Minsk metro blast

The message reads, in part:

"On behalf of the Russian government, and personally, I would like to express my deepest condolences over the Minsk metro blast that resulted in casualties. Our country has experienced these kinds of attacks. Please, accept our sincerest condolences.

Like no one else we share the grief of the fraternal Belarusian nation. We wish all the victims a speedy recovery. You can count on our complete help and cooperation, including any support you might need in the investigation of this tragedy."
